Activity Support

Help create a fun, safe and welcoming experience for children and families.

Volunteer roles

  • Help set up and clean up the activity area
  • Welcome and engage children and families
  • Assist with games and activities
  • Help maintain a safe and organized environment
  • Support children and parents throughout the activities

Guest Services

Be one of the first friendly faces visitors see. Welcome guests, answer questions and help them navigate the festival grounds.

Volunteer roles

  • Welcome and direct festival attendees
  • Manage entry queues
  • Provide directions to activity areas, food areas, washrooms and other locations
  • Answer general festival questions
  • Assist guests with accessibility needs
  • Help maintain smooth guest flow throughout the festival

Food Services

Help provide a smooth and welcoming food service experience for festival guests.

Volunteer roles

  • Help transport and set up food and beverages
  • Assist with food and beverage distribution
  • Help guests in the food service area
  • Keep the dining area clean and organized
  • Replenish food, drinks and supplies as needed
  • Work with the team to keep food service running smoothly

Event Setup & Cleanup

Help us prepare the festival grounds and keep everything organized before, during and after the event.

  • Help with event setup before the festival
  • Assist with tables, tents, signs and activity areas
  • Help keep the festival grounds clean and organized
  • Assist with packing up and cleanup after the event

Cleaning & Recycling Station

Volunteer roles

  • Guide guests to sort garbage and recycling properly
  • Guide guests to return their food trays to the designated area
  • Keep the area clean and tidy, and regularly collect garbage
  • Replace garbage bags as needed and handle special waste

Volunteers receive a lunchbox before or after each shift.
